What contractors ask before the first order.
Pricing reflects three variables: wood type and thickness, total project quantity, and delivery location. Orders above **50 m³** qualify for wholesale pricing. Each quote separates unit price from project total, with delivery costs itemised inside Riyadh and to outlying regions.
We deliver across Greater Riyadh in **24–48 hours**, and to Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca, and Medina in 3–5 working days. For Tabuk, Hail, Abha, and other remote cities, we partner with bonded logistics carriers at line-haul rates.
Effective minimum for delivery is **150 plywood sheets** or one half-trailer load, and 3 m³ for battens. Smaller orders ship from our Olaya yard with a flat delivery surcharge for Riyadh sites, or are picked up at the yard at no charge.
We accept bank transfer, certified cheque, and corporate card. Registered companies qualify for **30-day net terms** after credit verification. All invoices comply with ZATCA tax requirements and are issued with itemised VAT for accounting reconciliation.
Free **30×30 cm plywood samples** and 50 cm batten cuts are provided to registered contractors before the first PO. Samples ship to your Riyadh site within one working day or are available for immediate pickup at our showroom on King Fahd Road.
Our in-house cutting service follows your cut list with a tolerance of **±2 mm**. Available for plywood up to 25 mm thick. Cut-to-size delivery reduces site waste, accelerates the cladding phase, and arrives bundled and labeled by drawing reference.
